The food was excellent. Handmade soft and tasty breads and Curry's made to order with enough spice but not too much. The owner was very happy to give suggestions though after a while I confess he was starting to interrupt conversation so that we could compliment his food again and again so while his attentiveness was welcome at first it was a little overwhelming. If you love Indian food I definitely recommend this place. Most of the clientele are of Indian descent which is a very good hint that the food is authentic.

Satisfactory place for vegetarians! Seating - This restaurant is big and comfy Ambience - Always Pleasant and great Bollywood music Service - we have a good service eventhough we went in at closing time.Food - the quality of the food is great, wish there are more non veg curries and appetizers.Overall I would love to visit again.

Always a good experience at chutneys, my friends and I like to introduce our friends to Indian cuisine at chutneys because of the variety of food they have on the weekend buffet spread. The spice level is pretty varied too. The owner is very personable and will help you out. Their dessert spread is to die for!

It is one of the underrated Indian restraunt in the town. They have one of the most balanced food food in terms of spice and flavour. Sheek Kabab is a must try and they add up to the delighted experience with curtious staff.

Had the best Tandoori and Crunchy Momos here! 8 pieces, 8 dollars! They are priced perfectly and taste just like the ones you'd get in India!I highly recommend that everyone tries it because even the sauces are really good!

As you read this review please do so with Gordon Ramsey's voice in your head.This place is spectacular. Best Indian buffet by far that we have eaten in the valley. These guys care about their food and it shows. Everything is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Personally I love that they don't overuse oil in their dishes like many other Indian restaurants tend to do. That way you can eat your fill without the bloated feeling afterwards. This place is not only one of our favorite Indian restaurants in the area, but one of our favorite places to eat in general. Highly recommended.Now that you've almost surely read this review using Gordon Ramsey's voice in your head, its almost like he himself is recommending it :)

The food is mind-blowing - order anything and it's gonna be incredible. Hard to find really good authentic food like this around the Phoenix Valley area.

Very nice and tasty food. Friendly staff. Excellent place. Complimentary rice in dinner. Got complimentary mango kulfi. I thought we two get each but got one (joking). Happy in one kulfi though.

This was a first visit for me. Tried the buffet. Wide variety of options including multiple chicken dishes, 3 rice dishes, and fresh fruit amongst others. Spiciness varied as well. None too hot though one dish was noticeably sweet. Dishes are labelled but without descriptions which were needed to know what you were actually trying.

Great buffet style restaurant, making it easy to try many new dishes. You seat yourself and can get food right away. They bring your check after you're done.The staff was very friendly. The manager noticed I wasn't familiar with many of the dishes and offered very helpful advice. The table service was incredibly attentive, often clearing my old plate before I was done filling my new plate.

Recently had a lunch there. disappointed this time though. Food was not great as it used to before. Desserts were certainly less in number this time, but cost is still the same. Surprisingly, they charged $2 for the paper mask...so don't forget your mask, otherwise be prepared to pay $2 for the poor quality mask that they should offer as a good gesture.

Used to love Chutneys. The last trip after reopening was not good. Buffet was way smaller and it seemed like the weekday prices are higher. The food all seemed to taste like they used the same spices on every dish. the owner says he has the same chef but either he got rusty while closed or it is a totally new guy. I will try again out of respect. Hope that they are way better................

Why do you even ask for a spice level if you don't follow it? I ordered the lowest spice level and my boyfriend ordered a 6 and our food was equally as spicy. It's so frustrating to wait an hour for food and not be able to eat it.

I absolutely LOVE Chutneys! Everything IS DELICIOUS. Lamb chops, tandoori chicken, the momos! All food items are extremely GOOD! No matter what you get, you’re gonna love it. I know I do. Owner is the nicest person I’ve ever met. Staff is really friendly. Do yourself a favor and eat at this restaurant. Authentic Indian cuisine and everything is made from scratch. Packed with flavor and LOVE! 5/5 stars!

This is hands down the best experience I've ever had at an Indian restaurant in my life. It wasn't just the fact that food was amazing, the service was excellent. Honestly, you'd be hard-pressed to find better service at any other restaurants in this entire state.

I am not cultured in traditional Indian cuisine but delicious is a universal language and these dishes speak it. First time- go with the chicken tiki masala side of garlic Nan. The flavors in their sauces are complex and bold. I stick around level 3 spice as the heat coupled with the exploding spices can be overwhelming. For a crash course in Indian food, try their buffets on the weekends.
